This is a magnificent example of Colonial Revival architecture, popular in the United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The two-story mansion is painted in a soft yellow color with white decorative elements, creating an elegant and harmonious appearance.
The facade of the building is symmetrical and features rich decorative finishes. The central part is accentuated by a triangular pediment with a semicircular window, while the sides feature dormers with triangular tops, adding visual complexity to the volume. The roof is high and multi-pitched, seemingly covered with wooden shingles.
Particularly noteworthy is the wraparound porch with white columns and balustrade, which creates the characteristic effect of an open yet sun-protected space typical for the southern states. The frieze and cornices are richly decorated with classical elements, emphasizing the building's status.
The windows are framed with casings; on the first floor they are rectangular, while the second floor and attic feature arched elements. Many windows have a characteristic division into small rectangular segments. Also worth noting are the balustrades on the roof and second floor, adding even more grace to the building.
The building is surrounded by a tropical landscape with palm trees and a well-maintained lawn, indicating its location in a southern region, presumably Florida. There is an interesting contrast between the historic building and the modern multi-story structure visible in the background.
