The presented project showcases a striking example of contemporary minimalist architecture, where geometric forms dominate the facade composition. The facade is executed in pure white with a contrasting gray base, which enhances the visual lightness of the upper levels.

The window treatment deserves special attention – large panoramic windows with thin black frames create a rhythmic composition and provide abundant natural light to the interiors. The corner glazing on the middle level is particularly expressive – it forms a free-flowing space that connects the interior environment with the surrounding landscape. The minimalist facade is devoid of decorative elements, and its expressiveness is achieved solely through proportions, geometry, and material contrast.
