Dual Facade: Textural Contrast in Contemporary Mansion

#3538. Dual Facade: Textural Contrast in Contemporary Mansion

Before us stands an elegant modern mansion where the architect skillfully combines geometric forms with the natural surroundings. The building's facade presents a bold composition of contrasting volumes executed in different materials and textures.

The main facade is characterized by clean lines and an asymmetrical arrangement of elements. The upper level is finished in a dark color with protruding white vertical window grilles that serve both decorative and functional purposes, creating an interplay of light and shadow. These lattice structures give the facade rhythm and visual lightness.

The lower level is distinguished by the use of natural materials – light stone combined with the warm wooden decking of the terrace, which elegantly frames the glass sliding doors. A glass canopy, supported by thin metal posts, creates a transitional zone between interior and exterior without disrupting visual transparency.

Special expressiveness is added to the facade through the play with multi-level volumes and roof slopes, which form a dynamic silhouette of the building. Large glazed areas ensure visual permeability of the boundary between internal and external spaces, while the well-maintained landscape with thoughtfully placed vegetation organically complements the architectural solution.
