#3450. Decorative Neoclassical Facade with Baroque Elements

The image showcases a magnificent example of neoclassical architecture with baroque elements. The building's facade features a striking contrast between red brick and light-colored stucco, creating an expressive textural composition. The upper part of the facade is adorned with a semicircular pediment containing decorative sculptural figures in the tympanum that support a central medallion with a monogram.

The architectural solution displays rich plastic decor: cornices are decorated with numerous brackets featuring floral ornaments, with decorative modillions placed between them. Particular attention is drawn to the elegant stucco garlands and draperies in the upper section of the facade. The lower part of the building is finished with a triangular pediment above the window opening, surrounded by pilasters with classical capitals.

The facade demonstrates carefully considered symmetry and rhythmic elements typical of ceremonial historical buildings. The abundance of decorative details – festoons, rosettes, cartouches – indicates the luxurious nature of the structure, likely belonging to a representative type of urban architecture from the late 19th to early 20th century.
