Elegant Neoclassical Facade with Panoramic Veranda

#3373. Elegant Neoclassical Facade with Panoramic Veranda

A magnificent example of neoclassical architecture with an impressive glazed pavilion. The main building represents an elegant structure in traditional American colonial style with characteristic white wooden cladding on the upper part of the facade and a brick foundation. Special attention should be paid to the two symmetrically placed brick chimneys that give the construction balance and completeness.

The main feature of the facade is a luxurious veranda-solarium with panoramic glazing, executed in neoclassical style. The elegant pediment with a semicircular fan window geometrically contrasts with the rectilinear glazing of the main part of the veranda. Thin vertical mullions create a clear rhythmic pattern, while the snow-white framing emphasizes the sophistication of the structure and harmonizes with the main building.

The facade is complemented by thoughtful landscape design with brick retaining walls, flower beds, and decorative planters. The wrought iron fence and neat steps create a smooth transition between the structure and the surrounding area. A special atmosphere is created by the evening lighting, flooding the interior spaces with warm light and allowing one to appreciate the depth of space through the panoramic windows.
