#3350. Pink Eclectic Facade with Baroque Elements and Exquisite Stucco Work

The presented building showcases an exquisite example of eclectic architecture with elements of neo-baroque and Art Nouveau. The facade is painted in a delicate pink color, which gives the structure a special elegance and lightness. Compositionally, the facade is symmetrical and divided into two floors with three vertical axes expressed through window openings.

The upper part of the building is crowned with a decorative pediment featuring refined stucco work and characteristic baroque scrolls. Particularly noteworthy is the rich plaster decoration covering almost the entire surface of the facade. Here we see an exquisite combination of floral motifs, geometric patterns, and classical architectural elements.

The windows are framed by meticulously crafted casings with ornaments typical of eclectic architecture. On the second floor, the central window is complemented by a small decorative balcony with openwork railings. The space between the windows is filled with vertical pilasters and decorative panels, creating an impression of rhythm and sophistication.

This facade is a beautiful example of how decorative richness and attention to detail can transform an architectural structure into a true work of art, reminiscent of a confectionery masterpiece or a jewelry box.
