Elegant white facade of a Mediterranean villa with symmetrical composition

#3146. Elegant white facade of a Mediterranean villa with symmetrical composition

This magnificent example represents a modern interpretation of a Mediterranean villa with elements of colonial style. The two-story mansion is executed in an elegant white color that effectively contrasts with the black window shutters. The facade is symmetrical and features refined decorative elements.

The central entrance is accentuated by an arched doorway with a wooden door and a small canopy. The building's side wings are designed with protruding bay windows and sculptural pediments that add visual dynamics to the structure. Of particular note are the oval windows framed by greenery, which add grace to the facade and serve as interesting architectural accents.

In front of the house lies a well-maintained area with a brick-paved driveway forming a circular approach. The landscaping includes neatly trimmed shrubs and low-growing plants framing the approach to the house. Two decorative lanterns on elegant pedestals emphasize the symmetry of the composition.

A special role in the architectural appearance of the villa is played by two majestic palm trees flanking the central entrance. They not only create an atmosphere of a tropical paradise but also serve as vertical accents, emphasizing the horizontal extension of the facade and its classical proportions.
