This architectural object is a modern three-story house designed in a minimalist style with elements of tropical modernist architecture. The facade of the building is characterized by a clear geometric solution and an abundance of glass surfaces, providing transparency and connecting the interior space with the surrounding nature.
A distinctive feature of the facade composition is the combination of various materials: a dark metal frame, extensive glazing, and horizontal wooden louvers that serve both decorative and functional purposes as sun protection screens. The upper level of the house is crowned with a pitched roof with a slight slope and wide overhangs, which gives the building lightness and references tropical architecture.
The facade is organized on the principle of contrast between open and closed planes. On the second floor, there is a cantilevered balcony with metal railings, which visually lightens the massiveness of the structure. The first floor is almost completely open thanks to panoramic glazing, which blurs the boundary between the interior space and the well-maintained garden. The wooden deck, which serves as an extension of the living space, creates a smooth transition to the landscaped area.
The facade materials are selected with consideration for integrating the building into the natural environment - warm wooden tones are combined with cold metal and neutral glass, creating a harmonious, ecological image of a modern dwelling in green surroundings.
