Elegant Georgian Facade with White Door Portal and Broken Pediment

#2915. Elegant Georgian Facade with White Door Portal and Broken Pediment

This magnificent entrance demonstrates classic elements of Georgian architecture with distinct colonial influences. The brick facade of the building serves as a perfect contrasting background for the elegant white door portal. The architectural composition of the entrance group presents an exquisite framing with a broken pediment, adorned with a decorative cartouche in the upper central part.

The white double door features characteristic panel design with black outlines, creating an effect of depth and volume. The door handles are fashioned as traditional lion heads – a classic element symbolizing protection and prestige. Above the door sits a semi-circular fanlight with an elegant wrought iron grille, which enhances natural illumination of the entrance hall.

Symmetrical wall lanterns in classical style are installed on both sides of the portal, complementing the overall composition and providing functional lighting. The architectural details of the portal include pilasters with capitals supporting the semi-circular arch, as well as carefully crafted relief elements, testifying to the high level of craftsmanship.

The overall color scheme of the facade is built on the contrast between brick-red and pure white, which is a traditional solution for colonial architecture. The landscape design with neatly trimmed shrubs on both sides of the entrance emphasizes the symmetry and orderliness of the architectural composition.
