Before us stands an exquisite example of neoclassical architecture – an elegant two-story mansion with an impeccably symmetrical façade. The façade is finished in white, emphasizing its classical restraint and nobility. The central part of the building is adorned with four Ionic columns, which create a majestic portico and lend a sense of monumentality to the structure.
The second floor of the façade features three tall windows with arched tops, framed by black shutters that create a striking contrast against the white walls. The central window has a semi-circular completion with radial glazing. On the ground floor, there is an elegant entrance portal with an arched opening and dark double doors, flanked by two windows with arched tops.
Special attention is drawn to the decorative elements: elegant lanterns on both sides of the entrance, a sculptural pineapple ornament on a brick pedestal (a traditional symbol of hospitality in American architecture), as well as decorative urns on the roof. The landscape design with neatly trimmed shrubs and hedges harmoniously complements the architectural image, emphasizing its aristocratic nature and commitment to classical traditions.
