Before us is an exquisite Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) façade from the early 20th century. The façade features a characteristic asymmetrical composition and fluid, flowing ornamental lines. The upper part is crowned with a striking curved attic bearing the Latin inscription "LABOR OMNIA VINCIT" ("Work conquers all"), suggesting a possible public or commercial purpose of the building.
The architectural composition skillfully combines decorative and structural elements. The central part is emphasized by a projecting avant-corps with a balcony and three second-floor windows. The façade is designed in beige-yellow tones with contrasting dark-framed windows. Particularly noteworthy is the stucco work featuring plant motifs and mascarons (decorative faces), characteristic of the Art Nouveau style.
The textured plaster of the central section contrasts with the smooth surfaces of the framing, creating an interesting play of textures. The windows vary in shape and size, highlighting the functional zoning of interior spaces. The overall plasticity of the façade, with its curves and convex elements, creates an expressive interplay of light and shadow typical of architecture from this period.
