#2693. Elegant Art Nouveau façade with undulating pediment and rich stucco ornamentation

Before us stands a magnificent example of Art Nouveau (Jugendstil) architecture from the early 20th century. The façade displays the characteristic flowing, sinuous lines and rich decorative ornamentation typical of this style. The composition is crowned by an elegant wavy pediment with lavish stucco decoration featuring scrolls and spirals, giving the building a distinctive silhouette.

The three-story façade is designed asymmetrically, which is typical for Art Nouveau, while still maintaining an overall compositional balance. The central section is emphasized by a taller pediment and balconies on the second and third floors. The window openings vary in form: rectangular on the lower floors and semi-circular in the upper part of the central pediment, creating an interesting rhythmic structure.

The exquisite stucco work adorning the façade deserves special attention. Between the second-floor windows, decorative mascarons can be observed, while the window frames and the spaces between them are richly adorned with floral ornaments and geometric motifs. The color scheme of the façade is built on the contrast between light-colored stucco and the darker base of the walls, which enhances the plasticity and expressiveness of the decorative elements.

The building's roof is covered with traditional red tiles, creating a pleasant contrast with the beige tones of the façade.
