The lower tier of the building features particularly luxurious decoration. Here, vertical gilded pilasters with rich carvings and sculptural elements can be seen, including anthropomorphic figures reminiscent of caryatids. At the bottom of the facade, there is a Latin inscription: "AS PEDES VELOCES AD CVRRENDUM IN MALVM PROFERENTEM," indicating the building's historical and cultural significance.
