This architectural object features an expressive facade executed in a neoclassical style with baroque elements. The facade is adorned with three symmetrical arched entrances, each topped with semi-circular stained glass inserts depicting rising suns — a motif characteristic of Art Nouveau from the early 20th century.
Of particular artistic value are the sculptural mascarons positioned above each arch. On the left, there is a mascaron of a warrior in a helmet (likely representing Mars or Mercury), in the center — a female head with a radiant crown (possibly an allegory of the Sun or Proserpine), and on the right — a male figure presumably referencing classical mythology.
The facade is clad in light-colored stone, creating a noble contrast with the dark brown wooden doors and window frames. The stained glass in the lower sections of the doors features geometric patterns with arched motifs, emphasizing the vertical articulation of the facade. Empty heraldic shields between the arches were likely intended for coats of arms or symbolic emblems.
The architectural composition emphasizes the monumentality of the building while maintaining harmonious proportions. The rhythmic alternation of arches, mascarons, and decorative elements creates a cohesive and expressive solution typical of prestigious public buildings from the late 19th to early 20th century.
