At the center of the upper floor, a large oval window with a metal balcony creates an expressive focal point for the composition.
The decorative elements of the facade are particularly noteworthy: between the upper oval and the two lower arched windows are relief ornaments featuring the date "1905" and the initials "A.D.", likely indicating the architect or building owner. The ornamental motifs include stylized plant elements and geometric patterns characteristic of Art Nouveau.
The lower part of the facade is finished with red brick, creating a striking contrast with the white architectural details. The arched windows of the lower floor are framed with white elements, and below them are decorative panels with relief patterns resembling stylized leaves.
The composition is completed by a small spire or finial at the very top of the facade, giving the building additional vertical aspiration and elegance characteristic of Jugendstil architecture.
