The architectural composition is centered around an elegant balcony with dark-colored wrought iron railings forming fluid, flowing lines—a typical element of the Art Nouveau style.
Particularly noteworthy is the arched balcony doorway with a semicircular top and transom windows, framed by relief ornamentation with a decorative cartouche at the upper section. On both sides of the central axis of the façade are sculptural bas-reliefs depicting allegorical figures, harmoniously integrated into the wall.
