Eclectic Art Nouveau: Sand-colored Façade with Floral Ornaments and Burgundy Balcony

#2215. Eclectic Art Nouveau: Sand-colored Façade with Floral Ornaments and Burgundy Balcony

A magnificent example of eclectic Art Nouveau architecture with notable Art Deco influences. The building's façade is finished in a warm sand-yellow color, creating the effect of sunlight even on a cloudy day. The decorative elements harmoniously distributed across its surface give the façade a special expressiveness.

The architectural composition is organized symmetrically around a central axis. The upper part of the façade is adorned with an elegant arch featuring a semicircular opening, which gives the structure lightness and airiness. On both sides of the center are round floral ornaments that echo the green ceramic inserts evenly distributed across the façade.

The door-windows with white frames are surrounded by decorative arches with pink inserts, creating an interesting color contrast. The central part of the façade is emphasized by vertical lines, giving the building a sense of upward aspiration. The balcony with an elegant wrought-iron railing in burgundy completes the composition, adding sophistication to the building.

This façade is an excellent example of how decorative elements can combine with functionality to create a unique architectural appearance characteristic of Mediterranean or Latin American architecture from the early 20th century.
