Neoclassical façade with Corinthian elements and decorative balcony

#2136. Neoclassical façade with Corinthian elements and decorative balcony

This fragment represents an exquisite example of a neoclassical façade with rich architectural decoration. The façade is painted in a delicate beige color and divided by pilasters with Corinthian capitals, creating a rhythmic composition. The upper part is adorned with semicircular niches featuring radial ornaments, giving the building airiness and elegance.

At the center of the composition is a window-door leading to a balcony with an elegant wrought iron railing. Above the window is a decorative element in the form of a shell and floral ornament. Of particular interest is the richly decorated frieze at the lower part of the façade with volumetric stucco work, including botanical motifs and mascarons.

The balcony with its black cast iron railing creates a contrast with the pastel tone of the wall and emphasizes the horizontal division of the façade. Small potted plants on the balcony add liveliness to the strict architectural composition. The window frame is executed in light tones, which harmoniously combines with the overall color scheme of the building.
