#2101. Historic façade with ornamental painting and turquoise shutters

Before us is an exquisite fragment of a façade, showcasing a magnificent example of architectural decoration combined with functional elements. The building wall is covered with a rich ornamental pattern in peach-orange tones with repeating floral motifs, creating an effect reminiscent of sgraffito or fresco. This decorative technique is typical of Mediterranean, particularly Italian, architectural tradition.

The central element of the composition is an elegantly framed window with distinctive stone surrounds. The upper element is adorned with a sculptural baroque cartouche featuring plant motifs, giving the window a ceremonial appearance and emphasizing the building's status. The lower part of the window opening is complemented by a decorative balustrade parapet with carved elements, which is a typical architectural solution for formal façades.

The window itself is fitted with mint-turquoise wooden shutters, which create a vibrant color contrast with the terracotta background of the wall.
