#1993. Elegant country mansion with half-timbered façade and hip roof

Before us is an expressive example of a modern interpretation of a French chateau with elements of half-timbered architecture. This two-story mansion draws attention with its complex roofing, executed in dark brown tones with characteristic high slopes and a small triangular dormer window.

The façade of the building features an interesting combination of finishing materials: the white plastered surface of the walls effectively contrasts with the dark brown half-timbered elements and stone facing of the central part. The central element of the façade deserves special attention — a portico with arched openings, framed with natural stone, which gives the building an air of respectability.

The rectangular window openings with white frames harmoniously fit into the overall composition. The symmetry of the façade is noteworthy, which is emphasized by the arrangement of window openings and decorative half-timbered elements in the form of X-shaped crossings.

The mansion's territory is framed by an exquisite wrought-iron fence with intricate patterns on white plastered columns, which emphasizes the status of the property. The entrance is accentuated by elegant lanterns. The paved pathway and well-maintained landscape complete the image of a luxurious private house, harmoniously combining elements of different architectural styles.
