#1937. Elegant Neoclassical Façade with Mansard Roof and Wrought Iron Balconies

The captured fragment of the façade demonstrates an excellent example of neoclassical architecture, distinguished by its exquisite elegance and meticulous attention to detail. The main focus of the composition falls on a row of five arched windows on the second floor, styled in the classical manner with decorative Corinthian columns supporting an expressive cornice.

Small wrought iron balconies with artfully crafted railings bring an element of French sophistication to the overall composition. Particularly noteworthy is the elaboration of decorative elements: richly ornamented column capitals, elegant consoles beneath the balconies, and relief panels between windows create a rhythmic articulation of the façade.

The upper part of the structure is crowned with a characteristic mansard roof covered with black ceramic tiles and a decorative metal ridge, giving the building an aristocratic appearance in the spirit of the French Second Empire style. The purity of lines, proportionality, and harmonious combination of the light-colored stone façade with the dark roofing and wrought iron balconies testify to the high craftsmanship of the architects and builders.
