This modern residential building represents an excellent example of harmonious fusion between minimalist aesthetics and natural surroundings. The facade is clad in dark gray brickwork with subtle variations in shades, creating depth and texture. The horizontal composition is emphasized by a thin concrete slab visually separating the two floors.
Particularly eye-catching are the large panoramic windows with wooden frames that provide abundant natural light and create a visual connection between the interior space and the surrounding forest landscape. The architect made a bold decision to build the house around an existing tree, which became the central element of the composition, highlighting the ecological approach to facade design and respect for the natural context.
The southern facade features large sliding glass doors creating a seamless transition between the interior space and the terrace. The accent of vertical wooden panels on the second floor to the right adds warmth and contrast to the predominantly brick facade, demonstrating masterful use of materials.
The facade details are meticulously thought out: neat geometry of window openings, minimalist gutters, perfectly fitted brickwork without visible seams. In this project, one can observe classic techniques of modern architecture that can be adapted for private housing: contrasting combination of materials, use of large glass surfaces to create a connection with nature, and horizontal lines to visually expand the space.
