#1888. Two-tone eclectic facade with oval windows in Mediterranean style

This building represents an excellent example of modernized eclectic architecture with elements of Art Nouveau and Mediterranean style. The facade of this two-story mansion is finished in a characteristic pastel palette – mint-green walls framed by sandy decorative elements, creating a light and elegant appearance.

Particularly noteworthy are the oval windows on the upper tier with their exquisite stucco framing, which give the building a unique character.
