Facade #181

The photograph showcases an elegant Spanish Mediterranean-style villa, typical of the southern United States, particularly Florida. The building stands out with its characteristic pinkish-peach façade and red tile roof, creating a vibrant yet harmonious contrast with the lush surrounding vegetation.

This two-story structure displays classic elements of Mediterranean architecture: arched windows with dark frames, graceful balconies with wrought iron railings, decorative columns, and cornices. Particularly noteworthy is the central arch of the entrance, which serves as the focal point of the façade. The architectural composition is complemented by ornamental chimneys and expressive details that emphasize the building's status.

The façade is symmetrical and balanced, with evenly spaced window openings that create a sense of classical harmony and order. Palm trees characteristic of Florida are organically integrated into the architectural ensemble, highlighting the regional identity of the building. The property is surrounded by decorative wrought iron fencing with ornamental elements that stylistically complement the overall image of the building and enhance its aristocratic appearance.

This structure represents an excellent example of "Florida Renaissance" or "Spanish Colonial Revival" — an architectural style that was particularly popular in the 1920s and remains an important part of the region's architectural heritage.
