#1797. Historical facade with stained glass windows and decorative carvings

Before us is a magnificent example of decorative architecture, demonstrating a refined approach to facade design with rich ornamental features. The facade of the inner courtyard (or atrium) is characterized by elegant stained glass windows with a geometric pattern, where blue and golden diamond-shaped elements alternate, framed in wooden frames of a warm brown shade.

Particular attention is drawn to the arched elements above the windows, adorned with delicate carvings, as well as decorative medallions between floors — round elements with floral ornaments that give the facade rhythm and visual interest. The lower part of the windows is complemented by panels with botanical patterns, creating a cohesive composition.

The walls are finished in a light shade, serving as an ideal background to highlight the ornamental details. A frieze with a wave-like pattern running beneath the upper windows adds a horizontal accent, balancing the vertical lines of the window openings.

Such design techniques can be creatively interpreted in modern private construction: the use of stained glass elements with geometric patterns, decorative panels under windows, relief inserts between floors — all these will help create a facade with character, reflecting the individuality of the owner.
