This modern architectural object showcases a striking combination of color and texture on its facade. The dominant terracotta-orange facade is composed of modular panels creating a clear geometric grid. The central part of the facade features a vertical composition of horizontal louvers, which serve both as a sun-shading screen and an expressive decorative element.
Particularly noteworthy is the ventilated facade solution with perforated elements, providing not only aesthetic appeal but also functionality – natural ventilation and protection from direct sunlight. This is an excellent example of contemporary facade design where form follows function while creating a strong visual effect.
The contrast of the terracotta color with dark gray side sections and fencing gives the building a special rhythm and depth. The minimalist approach to details does not overload the visual perception, allowing focus on the texture of materials and the play of light and shadow, especially noticeable in the central part with louvers.
For private housing, one can borrow from this project the idea of using a bright accent color combined with neutral tones, the application of ventilated facade systems with modular elements, as well as the technique of partially screening the facade with horizontal louvers, which allows controlling natural lighting and creating a unique building appearance.
