#16116. Urban brick facade with wooden accents and projecting window boxes

Before us stands a modern multi-story building with a meticulously designed dark gray brick facade. The architectural solution combines the strictness of geometric forms with warm accents of wooden elements. The window openings are particularly expressive — they are designed as clear rectangular "boxes" slightly projecting from the main plane of the facade, creating an interesting play of light and shadow.

The wooden window frames in a warm honey shade effectively contrast with the cold texture of the gray brickwork. The ground floor is designed as a transparent glass storefront with sliding glass elements, which visually lightens the massiveness of the entire building and creates openness to the urban environment. The entrance area is minimalist, using vertical wooden slats that maintain the rhythm and materiality of the upper floors.

The facade design shows a well-thought-out balance between privacy and openness — some windows are equipped with wooden blinds. This technique can be noted when designing a private home: the contrasting combination of austere materials (brick, concrete) with warm natural accents (wood) creates an expressive but understated image. Projecting window blocks are also an interesting solution for private construction, as they not only form the architectural appearance but also increase the usable area of the rooms.
