#15429. Elegant Neo-Gothic Façade: Urban Mansion with Mint-Green Walls and Decorative Gables

Before us stands an excellent example of an urban residential building in Neo-Gothic style with Art Nouveau elements. This four-story mansion with a mint-green façade captures attention with its characteristic high triangular gables adorning the upper part of the building.

The façade is richly decorated with stucco and architectural elements: elegant arched windows with white trimmings create an expressive contrast to the main wall color. Particularly noteworthy are the decorative balconies with delicate balustrades and protruding bay windows that add volume and depth to the building.

The symmetrical composition of the façade is balanced by two identical gables, between which lies the central section with a balcony. Vertical articulation is enhanced through pilasters and other decorative elements that visually "stretch" the building upward. The window openings change from floor to floor, creating an interesting rhythmic pattern.

For modern private house construction, several techniques can be borrowed from this façade: the use of contrasting colors to highlight architectural details, the application of decorative elements to frame window openings, and the creation of an expressive building silhouette using gables or other vertical accents. Even on a smaller scale, such techniques can give a house individuality and architectural value.
