#1522. Eclectic façade with floral ornament and contrasting shutters

Before us is an exquisite fragment of a façade executed in an eclectic style with elements of Art Nouveau and Neoclassicism. The central window is framed by dark wooden shutters that contrast with the white plastered surface of the main part of the façade. The window opening is adorned with light curtains, giving the building an inhabited appearance.

Of particular interest is the decorative design. Above the window is a floral ornament in the form of a four-petaled flower, which echoes similar motifs on the vertical decorative panels on both sides of the window. The upper part of the façade is decorated with protruding consoles with semicircular elements, creating a rhythmic pattern.

Below the window is a balustrade element with an intricate Art Nouveau style ornament — two symmetrical patterns resembling stylized lilies or acanthus leaves. This detail demonstrates the fine stonework and attention to decorative elements characteristic of late 19th — early 20th century architecture.

The color scheme of the façade is built on the contrast of beige and white surfaces, which emphasizes the architectural details and creates a sense of depth. The entire composition demonstrates the mastery of architects of that time in creating an expressive and harmonious appearance of the building.
