#1436. Modernist Facade with Blue Ceramic Accents

The image showcases an exquisite building facade in the Art Nouveau style with elements of Spanish or Catalan influence. The main color of the facade is a warm ochre-yellow, which creates a sunny, Mediterranean mood.

Compositionally, the facade is symmetrical and features distinctive decorative elements. At the center is an elegant wrought-iron balcony with flowing lines, adorned along the edge with blue and white ceramic tiles. The balcony is supported by two decorative brick brackets in diamond shapes.

Above the balcony are two windows with closed blinds, framed by brickwork and decorative elements of blue mosaic, creating a striking contrast with the yellow wall. The upper part of the facade is finished with a wavy brick cornice and a decorative line of blue ceramic elements.

The facade is crowned with symmetrical small towers with blue and white ceramic trim, giving the building a certain monumentality despite its relatively small size. Above the central part of the facade, a decorative wrought-iron element is visible, which complements the overall aesthetic.

Particularly noteworthy is the use of contrast between the warm tones of brick and walls and the cool blue accents of ceramics, which is a characteristic feature of early 20th century modernist architecture in the Mediterranean region.
