Before us is a magnificent example of eclectic architecture from the late 19th - early 20th century, where the influence of Neo-Russian style with Art Nouveau elements is clearly traced. The facade is made of yellow brick, creating a warm, rich background for decorative elements. The central accent of the composition is an arched window with a semicircular completion, framed by a massive terracotta casing.
The decoration of the arch above the window deserves special attention, where a decorative pediment with an elegant ornament in yellow and blue colors is located. This element gives the facade both sophistication and traditionality. On both sides of the window are decorative tiles with symmetrical floral ornaments, which visually balance the composition and add elegance to the building.
The upper part of the facade is adorned with a brick cornice with denticles (small teeth), which is a reference to the classical architectural tradition. In the lower part, we see three decorative inserts with floral motifs that resonate with the overall ornamental style of the building.
Similar facade decoration techniques can be adapted for modern private construction. When designing a house facade, it's worth paying attention to the possibility of using decorative elements made of terracotta or ceramics, symmetrical placement of ornamental inserts, and color contrasts that emphasize architectural forms and make the exterior of the building memorable.
