Innovative multi-level CIAC facade: interplay of materials and forms

#13388. Innovative multi-level CIAC facade: interplay of materials and forms

This impressive multifunctional CIAC complex is a striking example of contemporary architecture, skillfully combining various materials and textures. The building's facade showcases an interesting contrast between brick side sections with wooden X-shaped elements and a central part featuring a wooden lattice structure. The upper floors are finished in light blue with distinctive mansard roofs, creating a visual accent and giving the building a recognizable silhouette.

The central part of the facade with decorative wooden latticework deserves special attention, as it not only serves an aesthetic function but also acts as a sun protection element. The circular and triangular window openings in the central section add dynamics and unconventionality to the composition. Yellow projecting balcony elements on the right side of the building create a rhythmic pattern and add a bright color accent.

The lower floor of the building, designed in dark tones with the CIAC logo, serves as a solid foundation for the entire composition and contains a spacious entrance. The combination of brick, wood, and metal in the facade design demonstrates a modern approach to integrating various materials. Such techniques as texture contrast, geometric decorative elements, and playing with window opening shapes can be successfully adapted for private home designs, giving them individuality and architectural expressiveness.
