The presented building facade is an excellent example of historical architecture with rich decorative design. Dated to 1896, as seen in the medallion in the central part, the facade demonstrates characteristic features of eclecticism with neo-Renaissance elements.
Particular attention is drawn to the skillful combination of colors — the soft peach background of the wall contrasts with bright terracotta-red sgraffito and decorative panels. Ornamental motifs of a botanical nature form exquisite vertical compositions between windows and horizontal friezes that divide the facade.
The architectural composition of the two-story facade is strictly symmetrical. The upper tier is adorned with balconies featuring delicate wrought iron railings supported by elegant brackets. The window openings are equipped with characteristic gray-green wooden shutters, giving the building a Mediterranean flair.
The composition is crowned by a richly decorated cornice with alternating motifs in the form of openwork elements and ornamental inserts. The mastery of detail execution testifies to the high level of craftsmanship of that era and the careful approach to the aesthetic component of urban development.
