#1169. Modernist Facade with Floral Ornaments and Glass Bay Window

The building presented showcases a vibrant example of Catalan Modernism with rich decorative facade elements. Attention is immediately drawn to the central vertical glass structure that creates a dynamic contrast with the traditional architectural elements of the building. The facade is adorned with exquisite floral ornaments in terracotta tones on white plaster, characteristic of the Art Nouveau style from the early 20th century.

Particularly interesting is the combination of a modern glass bay window with historical decorative elements. The facade displays meticulously crafted details: plant motifs, geometric patterns, and stylized floral compositions. Green shutters and wrought iron balcony railings complement the overall aesthetic of the building. On the lower floors of the glass bay, one can notice stained glass elements depicting plant motifs, which emphasize the organic character of the architecture.

The traditional tiled roof with a characteristic projection above the glass vertical gives the building an authentic Mediterranean appearance. The contrast between the smooth glass surface and the textured decorative facade creates an interesting visual interplay, demonstrating a harmonious combination of tradition and innovation in architecture.
