#1223. Modernist façade with red ornamental pattern and exquisite stucco work

The presented image showcases a magnificent example of a modernist façade in Spanish or Portuguese style. The building's exterior features exquisite detailing with rich red ornamental patterns covering most of the wall, creating a striking contrast with the cream-colored decorative elements.

Particularly noteworthy are the three upper windows with luxurious stucco framing in Art Nouveau or Modernisme style. Each window is adorned with intricate ornaments featuring floral and plant motifs, typical of this architectural style. Above the windows are decorative arches with elegant swirls and floral elements.

Each of the three upper windows features wrought iron balcony railings with geometric patterns, adding grace and lightness to the façade. The central window on the second floor is partially open, creating a lively accent in the overall composition. In the lower row, three smaller windows are also framed with stucco, though less elaborate, and equipped with wooden blinds.

The contrast between the vibrant red background with white vegetal ornaments and the cream-colored elements of the decorative framing creates a visually rich and harmonious composition, characteristic of modernist architecture from the late 19th to early 20th century.
