The presented mansion demonstrates pronounced features of Art Nouveau with elements of organic architecture. The façade is notable for its flowing, fluid lines characteristic of the Art Nouveau style. Particularly striking are the curved windows with non-standard shapes – an oval panoramic window on the second floor and a gently curved window on the ground floor, framed by a plastic contour.
The color scheme of the façade is executed in warm sand-beige tones, harmoniously blending with the surrounding landscape. The metal wrought iron elements of the balcony railings and decorative inserts add elegance and airiness to the overall composition, emphasizing the fluidity of lines.
The architecture of the house demonstrates a harmonious combination of functionality and aesthetics – large windows provide excellent insolation of interior spaces, while curved forms create a dynamic, expressive appearance. The basement section, made of light-colored stone, provides visual support for the entire structure and contrasts with the main volume of the building.
When designing your own façade, you can use similar techniques: asymmetrical compositions, smooth organic lines of window openings, combination of various materials (plaster, stone, metal), decorative wrought iron elements, as well as thoughtful landscape design that emphasizes the architectural style of the house. It is important to harmoniously integrate the building into the surrounding environment, as the authors of this project have successfully done.
