MosBuild 2025. Top events for private homeowners

The 30th International Building and Interiors Exhibition, MosBuild 2025, will take place from April 1 to April 4, 2025, at the Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow.

MosBuild is the largest international building and interiors exhibition in Russia and the CIS, bringing together manufacturers and suppliers of construction and finishing materials, plumbing fixtures, furniture, and interior products with industry professionals: wholesale and retail companies, construction and renovation firms, architects, and designers.

If you own a private home or are planning to build one, we strongly recommend paying special attention to the Construction Innovations and Masterclass Zone, which will showcase the latest technologies and solutions in individual housing construction (IHC). Be sure to attend the following events in the MosBuild 2025 business program as well:

April 1:

• 10:00–17:30 – DIY Forum. A discussion of analytics in the construction and finishing materials industry and of consumer demand in the DIY market.

April 2:

• 10:30–16:15 – Conference: “Succeeding in the IHC Market in 2025.”
  Topics: selecting and purchasing land plots, legal issues, site development concepts, marketing, and sales.

• 16:30–18:00 – Round Table: “Suburban Real Estate: Trends, Prospects, Practice.”

April 3:

• 10:30–13:30 – “INSTALLER SHOW 2025.”
  The first Russian industry show for window-market professionals, featuring installation masterclasses and the “Window Installation by the Book” competition.

April 4:

• 11:00–12:30 – Round Table: “The Art of Fast Construction: Innovations in Architecture.”
  A discussion of the use of aluminum in modular construction and of ventilated façades in low-rise housing.

MosBuild Architecture & Design Awards (MADA)

One of the key events of the exhibition will be the award ceremony for the MosBuild Architecture & Design Awards (MADA)—a prestigious award recognizing outstanding achievements in architecture and design.
