The interior is opposed to the exterior. The warmer wood is for the people who live in the house. Smooth stone of a cold hue, a kind of fortress of the modern city, for passersby.
2
The plot is urban, narrow. But the right decision was made to organize a small garden by taking away the volume from the house itself. Almost all the windows of the house look out onto this inner small plot. See photos on the website of the architects. Probably eventually a tree will grow there up to the second floor.
3
Chopped marble trim in different colors plays along with the house on the left, which is clad in gray stone.
4
The second floor is lined with slabs without spacing, the so-called "office" method.
5
Bushes instead of a fence.
