Before us is a modern two-story house in a minimalist style with an asymmetrical mono-pitched roof. The facade of the building represents a harmonious combination of various textures and materials. The left part of the facade is clad with decorative stone, imitating horizontal strip masonry, which creates a contrast with the smooth plastered surfaces of the main part of the house.
The color palette of the facade is maintained in neutral beige and cream tones, which gives the building warmth and organically integrates it into the surrounding landscape. The contrast between the textured stone finishing and the monochrome walls looks particularly successful, creating visual interest without excessive variegation.
On the second floor, attention is drawn to a spacious balcony with modern horizontal railings, which not only serves as a functional element but also visually lightens the massiveness of the upper level. Large windows with light curtains ensure good natural lighting for the interior spaces.
The first floor features a covered terrace-canopy supported by columns, which can be used as a parking space or a recreation area. The entrance area is designed laconically, with a small canopy protecting from precipitation.
As techniques for designing your own facade, one can note: combining different textures (smooth plaster and decorative stone), using asymmetrical architectural forms, creating functional open spaces (balcony, canopy), as well as moderate use of horizontal lines in finishing to visually expand the building. It's also worth paying attention to the neat landscaping of the plot, which complements the architectural composition.
