This modern residential building exemplifies minimalist architecture with a thoughtfully designed contrasting facade. The main volume of the house is finished in white, creating a sense of lightness and clean lines. The facade is characterized by precise geometry and asymmetrical composition, where large wall planes are broken up by horizontal black inserts that create an expressive rhythm.
Particularly noteworthy is the combination of various materials: the white plastered surface of the main volume contrasts with dark elements of the entrance area and garage, as well as with fragments of stone masonry that add textural diversity. The entrance zone is accentuated with wooden panels, bringing warmth to the overall strict composition.
The facade is divided into several visual zones: the lower level with the garage and entrance, designed in dark tones, and the upper light volume with large windows and minimalist architectural details. The horizontal black elements on the white surface serve not only as decorative features but also emphasize the linearity of the composition.
From this project, one can derive several techniques for designing their own facade: contrasting combinations of materials and colors to create dynamism; using horizontal inserts to visually expand the space; combining strict geometric forms with textural materials to balance modernity and comfort; and playing with asymmetry to give the facade individuality.
