The presented modern residential house demonstrates a harmonious combination of various materials and volumes, creating an expressive architectural image. The facade of the building features a clear compositional solution with contrasting textures: dark gray brickwork on the lower floor is visually balanced by lighter finishing on the upper level and warm wooden elements.
Particular attention is drawn to the asymmetrical gabled roof with a steep slope, which adds dynamism to the entire composition. The wooden cladding of the garage and fragments of the second floor creates a warm accent against the strict geometry of the main volumes. The panoramic glazing and balcony with transparent railing not only ensure a connection between the interior space and the surrounding environment but also lighten the visual perception of the massive structure.
The landscape design of the plot organically complements the architecture of the building: the laconic design of the entrance area with stone filling, point plantings of compact trees, and a neat lawn form a restrained but expressive framing for the house. The paving solution is particularly interesting, where dark tiles create clear boundaries for pedestrian zones and driveways.
When designing your own facade, you can adopt techniques such as combining contrasting materials (stone/brick with wood and plaster), playing with roof geometry, using panoramic glazing, and creating transitional zones between the house and the plot in the form of terraces and podiums.
