This project exemplifies contemporary residential architecture with an expressive geometric facade. The house is characterized by a dynamic composition of volumes, where the main white cubic volume appears to be divided and shifted, creating an interesting interplay of forms. Particularly notable is the unconventional corner window with wooden finishing, which stands out as an accent element against the light facade.
The building facade is clad with light panels that contrast with the vertical elements on the sides in dark red or brown tones. The lower level features large glass sliding doors with wooden frames, providing a visual connection between the interior space and the well-maintained garden area. This transparency of the ground floor creates an effect of lightness, while the upper floor appears more enclosed and monolithic.
An interesting technique in the design is the use of protruding elements and canopies, which not only shape the architectural image but also functionally protect from the sun. Similar solutions can be applied in one's own home: playing with volumetric facade elements, contrasting materials and textures, functional protrusions that simultaneously serve decorative purposes. This approach allows creating an individual, memorable appearance of the building without excessive complication of the structure.
