Before us is an elegant example of Art Nouveau architecture with strong Baroque influences. The building's façade is adorned with exquisite decorative painting in coral tones, creating a striking contrast with the white stucco elements. The floral ornament, executed in sgraffito or painting technique, frames the entire surface of the wall, giving the building an expressive character.
The central element of the composition is a graceful balcony with wrought iron railings. Above it is a window with dark brown wooden shutters and richly decorated window surrounds. The window opening is crowned with a lush stucco cartouche featuring botanical motifs characteristic of Neo-Austrian or Catalan Modernism. The sculptural decoration of the window frame demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship in the elaboration of details — scrolls, floral motifs, and curved lines create a sense of movement and organic flow.
The lower part of the façade is designed in pastel green tones, creating a pleasant coloristic transition. The architectural solution of the façade reflects the early 20th century's characteristic aspiration to synthesize various art forms — architecture, painting, and decorative arts — into a unified artistic image of the building.
