Before us is an interesting example of modern architecture with elements of Art Deco and modernism, embodied in brick execution. The building's facade demonstrates a thoughtful play of geometric forms, where angular elements combine with the smooth lines of a curved balcony in the central part of the building.
Particular attention is drawn to the round porthole windows on the upper level, which give the building a certain maritime theme and serve as a striking stylistic detail. The color palette of the facade is built on the contrast of warm brick tones with cream inserts and gray-green metal elements of the roof and railings.
In the lower level of the building, the architect used a combination of different textures – smooth plastered surfaces alternate with brickwork, creating an interesting rhythmic pattern. The terraced structure with a protruding second floor creates spatial depth and dynamic perception.
For private housing construction, several techniques can be borrowed from this project: the use of contrasting textures on the facade (brick combined with plaster), the addition of non-standard window shapes to create building character, and the design of protruding elements (balconies, bay windows) to create an interesting play of light and shadow on the facade.
