The balcony is framed by a forged cast-iron railing with a pattern characteristic of the second half of the 19th century — vertical elements with decorative finials create a rhythmic composition. Small potted plants are placed on the balcony, adding liveliness to the overall appearance.
The window opening is crowned with a decorative pediment with supporting consoles, and the windows themselves are wooden louvered shutters of a pinkish hue, which is atypical for classical architecture and is probably a regional adaptation. On the sides of the facade, decorative panels with ornamental motifs are visible, executed in lighter tones with contrasting orange accents.
