#9172. Modern multi-level townhouse with combined facade

This modern townhouse complex features a distinctive multi-material facade. The architecture reflects contemporary urban housing trends where functionality meets aesthetics. The facade is divided into contrasting sections using different materials – light fibrous cement panels and warm wooden cladding made of natural boards, creating a dynamic composition.

A notable feature of the project is the stepped layout with upper terraces and balconies guarded by glass parapets, giving the structure lightness and modernity. Large windows ensure maximum natural lighting and likely offer attractive views. The architect skillfully plays with volumes, creating a rhythmic pattern on the facade through alternating projections and recesses, as well as varying cladding materials.

In designing one's own house facade, several techniques from this project could be adopted: combining different materials to create textural contrast, using large glazing to visually expand space, organizing functional open terraces, and vertical zoning using different finishing solutions. Such an approach allows for creating a modern, visually appealing facade that stands out against traditional housing developments.
