Before us is a striking example of modern residential architecture dominated by the use of natural wood in the facade finish. The three-story house features clean geometric forms and a contrasting combination of materials. The main part of the facade is clad with horizontal wooden panels in a warm reddish-brown shade, creating a sense of warmth and organic quality.
The architectural composition is built on the combination of wooden cladding with minimalist white elements at the base and dark gray accents (garage door, window frames). The flat roof emphasizes the contemporary character of the building. The facade has a thoughtful arrangement of windows – the upper floors feature panoramic glazing, creating visual lightness and ensuring good interior illumination.
The second floor with its balcony deserves special attention, framed by horizontal metal railings that echo the rhythm of the wooden panels. The warm light emanating from within through the large windows creates a "glowing cube" effect in the evening, highlighting the architectural forms.
This project demonstrates effective techniques that can be used when designing a modern facade: horizontal cladding to visually expand the space, contrasting materials to create dynamism, a well-thought-out lighting system, and the use of natural materials to organically integrate the house into the surrounding landscape with abundant vegetation.
