#8890. Neoclassical façade with three-part division and contrasting finishing materials

Here we see an example of a modern interpretation of classical architecture in private housing. The façade demonstrates the influence of neoclassicism with characteristic elements adapted for a contemporary residence. Particular attention is drawn to the dark mansard roof with arched dormer windows that create an expressive silhouette of the structure.

The façade is executed in an elegant beige-brown palette with a clear three-part vertical division. The lower part is finished with brown granite, the middle section features beige stucco, while the upper part is presented by the dark roofing. This zoning visually structures the volume of the building and emphasizes its proportions.

Notable decorative elements include crisp white window frames, protruding pilasters, cornices, and architectural moldings that create an interplay of light and shadow on the façade. The windows have proper rectangular proportions and are surrounded by expressive casings, which enhances the classical character of the building.

Among the techniques that can be adopted for private construction: contrasting combination of materials and textures (smooth plaster, textured stone, dark roofing), use of architectural decor to create expressiveness of the façade, thoughtful placement of window openings and their framing. Also worth noting is the harmonious combination of traditional forms (dormer windows, arched elements) with contemporary restraint in the design.

We develop projects of facdes for private houses.
