#8766. Polychromatic Striped Façade with Triangular Completions

Before us is a striking example of contemporary architecture with an unconventional polychromatic façade solution. The building attracts attention with its pointed pitched roofs forming triangular completions, creating a dynamic silhouette against the sky. Particularly notable is the coloration of the façade—horizontal stripes of brickwork in various colors (green, purple, red, yellow, gray) form a unique rhythmic pattern, giving the building an almost graphic character.

The façade presents a skillful interplay of textures and materials: vertical white cladding on the left part contrasts with the striped brick finish of the main volume. This alternation gives the composition balance and expressiveness. Window openings of different shapes and sizes are freely placed on the façade surface, breaking the strict geometry of the stripes and adding freedom and unpredictability to the façade.

This architectural technique of "striping" becomes the main identifier of the building, making it a noticeable landmark in the urban environment. Such a solution can be adapted for a private home as well, using, for example, a combination of multi-colored bricks or tiles for accent elements, or creating horizontal stripes using various finishing materials. It is important to maintain the integrity of the composition and avoid excessive motley, as the authors of this project managed to do.
