The presented object is an expressive example of modern vertical small-scale architecture, inspired by principles of minimalism and functionality. The three-level tower structure with wooden cladding demonstrates a harmonious combination of natural materials and contemporary design.
The building facade is completely covered with horizontal wooden panels, creating a warm, tactile image despite the geometric rigor of the form. A distinctive feature of the design is the large corner windows on the two lower levels, which provide abundant natural light to interior spaces and visually lighten the massiveness of the structure. In the evening, when interior lighting is activated, the building creates a "glowing lantern" effect in its natural surroundings.
The upper tier is crowned with an expressive roof with wide overhangs supported by an open wooden structure, giving the building some allusion to traditional watchtowers or lighthouses. The metal mesh railing on the upper-level terrace provides safety while maintaining visual lightness.
Several techniques in the facade design can be adapted for private housing: using vertical composition to economize on building footprint; applying natural wood as an eco-friendly and visually pleasing material; creating contrast between closed surfaces and large glazed areas; utilizing the upper level as an open terrace with a canopy; thoughtful work with natural and artificial lighting to create an expressive nighttime image of the building.
